Front of House Director Chick-fil-A | 72nd and Sorenson Omaha, NE Job Details Full-time 11 hours ago Qualifications Guest relations Serving clients High school diploma or GED Full Job Description The Chick-fil-A at 72nd & Sorenson is seeking a Front of House Director who will greatly impact the business. This leader will be responsible for the overall flow of the front of house and will be tasked with showing care and creating remarkable experiences for our guests. The Front of House Director is expected to set the standard for signature service and must lead by example. To do this, the Director will need to actively show a passion for service and for the Chick-fil-A brand. A cheerful attitude accompanied with a desire to get things done makes a great example for all members of your team.
REQUIREMENTS
Achieve ServSafe certification within 60 days of employment High School Diploma or equivalent Strong analytical and problem solving skills Experience as a leader in the customer service industry Sincere desire to create a positive environment for both guests and team members Dynamic organizational skills In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that's all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade®. It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know.
