Job Description
Internal Medicine Residency Program Director Hackensack University Medical Center Hackensack, New Jersey Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Board Certified Internist to serve as the Internal Medicine Residency Program Director and Staff Physician at Hackensack University Medical Center in Hackensack, New Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician with a passion for medical education to lead and shape the next generation of internists.

RESPONSIBILITIES
? Oversee and manage all aspects of the Internal Medicine Residency Program while ensuring compliance with ACGME accreditation standards. ? Develop and implement curriculum. ? Supervise and mentor residents and medical students. ? Oversee resident recruitment and evaluation. ? Oversee departmental Grand Rounds and CME programs. ? Champion patient quality and safety initiatives within the residency program. ? Represent the Department of Medicine on the Academic Affairs Committee. ? Provide compassionate and effective patient care. ? Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans. ? Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.HIGHLIGHTS

Compensation is determined in a manner consistent with compensation ranges for similar roles within the specialty and/or sub-specialty. ?Budget and Grant Funding:
Departmental budgets and any grant funding associated with the job position may impact the pay that can be offered.
