Camp Gan Israel of Morristown, NJ is a vibrant Jewish day camp serving the greater Morris County community. We create a safe, fun, and meaningful summer experience for every child in our care.
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are hiring for Kiddie Camp leadership positions for Summer 2026. Whether you are looking for a counselor role or a senior leadership opportunity — if you love young children and thrive in a team environment, we want to hear from you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and supervise Kiddie Camp children in daily activities Create a warm, nurturing, and structured environment Communicate with parents, co-staff, and camp director Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all campers Participate in staff training and pre-camp preparation
REQUIREMENTS
Must be 18 years or older Prior experience working with young children required Warm, patient, energetic, and responsible Able to commute daily to Morristown, NJ Leadership candidates: prior supervisory/director experience preferred

Compensation:
