ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OVERVIEW
The Managing Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, staff management, client experience, and overall performance of the dog training department and facility. This leadership role ensures the business operates efficiently, professionally, safely, and in alignment with company standards, operational goals, and long-term growth objectives. The Managing Director serves as a central point of leadership between trainers, kennel/facility staff, client services, and ownership to maintain consistency across all operational areas including training programs, boarding, enrichment services, scheduling, staffing, and customer satisfaction. This position is responsible for leading and developing team members, enforcing operational procedures, maintaining accountability, resolving escalated client and staff concerns, and ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of all dogs within the facility. The Managing Director is also expected to assist with strategic planning, operational development, labor management, financial oversight, and company growth initiatives. Due to the fast-paced and hands-on nature of the dog training industry, the Managing Director must be adaptable, solution-oriented, and willing to step into multiple operational roles when necessary to support the success of the business, team, clients, and dogs in our care. The Managing Director is expected to lead by example, support operational stability, and contribute to the continued growth and success of the company. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
$49,400 ($950/Weekly) to be commenced at the end of week two to full-time employment. [5] PAID Personal Days Bi-Weekly Pay Schedule via Direct Deposit 90-day performance review in which PTO, compensation, responsibilities, and growth opportunities are re-evaluated. SCHEDULE
