The group handles sophisticated, high-value deals across multiple jurisdictions and industry sectors, supported by a strong global platform that enables efficient cross-border execution. The practice is highly regarded for its collaborative environment, direct client engagement, and early responsibility for associates within lean, deal-focused teams.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Advising buyers and sellers on strategic M&A transactions across a range of industries
• Assisting with the structuring and execution of corporate transactions, including M&A, private equity, fund formation, and securities matters
• Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing key transactional documentation and ancillary agreements
• Leading and coordinating due diligence processes and managing deal closings
• Supporting and supervising junior associates, working with specialist teams, and contributing to client relationship management

What They're Looking For:

• 3-6 years of experience in corporate/M&A at a law firm
• Strong background in M&A transactions (essential)
• Experience with private equity fund structuring and formation (preferred)
• Prior experience supervising junior associates in transactional matters (essential)
• Admitted and in good standing in New York or New Jersey What's on
