Must have prior experience working in a mental health and or substance use disorders treatment setting . In this role, you will drive growth by establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships within the behavioral health sector. Your expertise will help expand our reach, promote innovative solutions, and improve access to quality mental health and addiciton treatment services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry while advancing your career in a fast-paced, energetic environment. Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the behavioral health market through proactive outreach and market analysis. Develop and deliver compelling product demos tailored to behavioral health providers, demonstrating how our solutions meet their unique needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare organizations, clinics, and insurance providers, through effective account management and B2B sales strategies. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements that support long-term partnerships. Conduct technical sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our offerings to potential clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including marketing, product development, and customer service—to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively. Analyze sales data and market trends to refine strategies, identify new prospects, and optimize outreach efforts. Requirements Must have prior experience working in a mental health and or substance use disorders treatment setting . Proven experience in B2B sales or business development within the healthcare industry, particularly in behavioral health. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to clearly articulate product benefits and engage diverse audiences. Demonstrated ability to manage accounts effectively while identifying new growth opportunities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, for creating presentations and reports. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Analysis skills to interpret market data, sales metrics, and client feedback for strategic decision-making. Leadership qualities that inspire collaboration across teams and foster positive client relationships.
