Reporting to the Regional Service and Parts Director, the Service Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the service department, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and operation efficiency. This role is responsible for coaching and training Service Advisors and ensuring compliance with manufacturer standards.

Service Manager Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations of the service department, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient use of resources. Maintain high level of customers satisfaction by resolving complaints, ensuring timely service and promoting customer retention through quality work. Recruit, train and manage service advisors, fostering a positive work environment and driving team performance. Monitor and manage department financials and performance against Key Performance Indexes. Oversee the processing of repair orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with manufacturer and dealership standards. Ensure that all operations adhere to regulatory, safety and environmental standards, including OSHA guidelines and manufacturer recommendations. Work closely with sales, parts and accounting to align with dealership goals and support business development. Other tasks as assigned.
Service Director Qualifications:
Previous, verifiable dealership experience. Previous Lexus of Toyota dealer experience preferred. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
