Job Description

At Anderson, our Adult Residential team believes deeply in growth — for the people we support and for the professionals who guide them. As a Senior Residence Manager, you'll oversee multiple homes and mentor the managers who run them, ensuring each residence is a place where adults with autism can live with dignity, safety, and meaningful choice. Your leadership will influence the culture of each program, strengthen the confidence of the staff, and shape the everyday experiences of the individuals who call these houses home. This role is ideal for someone who sees what others may overlook, understands that leadership is rooted in presence rather than paperwork, and knows how to coach teams with both compassion and accountability. If you care deeply about quality of life for adults with disabilities and want to contribute to a team that truly supports one another, you'll find a rewarding home here. We're looking for a leader who is eager to create environments where people can build self‑directed lives and reach their personal goals. In this position, you'll help managers grow into strong, capable leaders while strengthening team performance through clarity, trust, and consistent expectations. You'll play a critical role in ensuring safety and regulatory compliance — all while keeping the human impact at the center of every decision.
