Drive Strategic Partner Engagement Support the management and evolution of high-priority sports partnerships Contribute to partner strategy development, including identifying opportunities to deepen collaboration and unlock incremental value Shape Global Sports Moments Collaborate cross-functionally to bring to life marquee US and global sports tentpoles Help coordinate internal teams to deliver seamless, high-impact executions Optimize How We Work Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance XFN workflows Develop frameworks, documentation, and best practices that improve team efficiency and scalability Unlock Data-Driven Insights Conduct analysis on key sports programs, campaigns, and initiatives to measure impact and inform future strategy Translate data into clear, actionable insights for both internal stakeholders and external partners

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:

Currently pursuing an MBA degree Passion for

Sports:

demonstrated interest in sports, media, or entertainment, with a strong understanding of the evolving sports landscape

Analytical Rigor:

strong data analysis skills with experience translating complex datasets into strategic insights

Partnership Mindset:

experience in partnerships, business development, consulting, or related fields
