Residential Shift Leader

Provide leadership and act as a positive role model for staff and clients as you oversee the shift and ensure quality treatment for children and adolescents. You will coordinate resources, develop a plan for the shift, and make certain that treatment staff are implementing daily age appropriate activities in alignment with treatment plan goals.

Must be 21 or older Ability to obtain clearances for FBI fingerprints, PA criminal history, and Child Abuse history

Shift Leader Qualifications:
