What can the ideal candidate do? The ideal candidate must possess the ability and skillset necessary to work in a high-volume, fast-paced F&I department.
If you:
Possess the ability to provide our customers with consistent and compliant F&I experience Can present our consumer offerings in a competent and ethical manner Can ensure all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines Accurately prepare paperwork in a timely manner Can track contracts in transit and secure funding in a timely manner Have great customer service and communication skills Desire to continuously learn and grow Then you are the candidate we are looking for! We will provide the right candidate: Industry leading training and support Paid vacation and holidays Medical and Dental insurance 401k Compensation is commensurate with experience
Qualifications:
1 year of experience in a F&I manager role or similar Requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent Must be available to work on Saturdays as needed
