Acquisitions Analyst Real Estate (Multifamily & Opportunistic)

We own and operate over 440 units as General Partners and continue to scale through strategic partnerships and opportunistic acquisitions. This role is an opportunity to work directly with ownership, gain exposure to real transactions, and play a meaningful role in growing the platform. The Role We are looking for an Acquisitions Analyst to support sourcing, underwriting, and execution of new investments. This person will work closely with the partners and be directly involved in evaluating deals, building financial models, and supporting acquisitions from initial review through closing. This is a high-impact role with significant visibility and opportunity for growth. What You'll Do Underwrite multifamily and opportunistic real estate deals (market-rate, value-add, distressed, LIHTC, etc.) Build and maintain financial models (Excel) Analyze rent rolls, T12s, and operating statements Conduct market research and comp analysis Assist with due diligence and transaction execution Support broker outreach and deal sourcing efforts Help refine internal investment strategy and processes What We're Looking For 1-4 years of experience in real estate, investment banking, finance, or similar analytical role Strong financial modeling and Excel skills High attention to detail and analytical mindset Strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership Clear communicator and team player Interest in real estate investing and long-term growth Bonus if you have: Experience underwriting multifamily deals Familiarity advanced Excel modeling Exposure to acquisitions, development, or brokerage

Compensation Base Salary:
