Job Description
Experteer Overview In this role you support Fisher Investments' institutional sales by building relationships with plan decision makers and consultants. You will coordinate with Sales Relationship Managers to deploy business development resources and manage the institutional sales process across an assigned territory. You'll present the firm's investment philosophy to prospects, lead market expansion, and ensure regulatory adherence. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with meaningful exposure to large pensions, foundations, and corporations.
Compensation / Benefits
- Coordinate with Sales Relationship Managers and external partners to drive the institutional sales process in an assigned territory
- Maintain accurate prospect and activity data in firm systems
- Cold call and present Fisher's investment philosophy to prospects and consultants
- Lead market expansion within the US and ensure regulatory compliance
- Support face-to-face meetings and formal presentations with institutional clients and decision makers Tasks
- Minimum 2 years of successful experience selling investment management to institutions or high net worth individuals
- Ability to set, monitor, and achieve goals
- Experience handling complex challenges with a broad opportunity set
- Willingness to travel ~50% or more
- Solid investment knowledge; preferably institutional experience
- Ability to apply financial concepts (e.g., Alpha, Beta, Tracking Error, Information Ratio) and perform basic financial analysis
- Ability to read and interpret business periodicals and journals Key requirements
