Your Tasks Lead full P&L responsibility, including revenue growth, margin improvement, and cost management Define and execute business unit strategy aligned with regional and global priorities Identify growth opportunities and expand service offerings across Transportation, Industrial, and Energy sectors Oversee laboratory and field operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and regulatory compliance Strengthen key customer relationships and support strategic account development Drive continuous improvement, including digitalization, standardization, and process optimization Build and lead a high-performing team with clear KPIs, accountability, and succession planning Your Qualifications 12+ years of leadership experience in testing, inspection, certification (TIC) or a comparable technical services environment Proven track record managing P&L and delivering business growth Experience leading multi-site operations, ideally including laboratory environments Strong commercial acumen with experience in market expansion and service development Experience driving transformation initiatives (process improvement, digitalization, operational optimization) Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders High level of emotional intelligence and ability to lead in complex, dynamic environments What We Offer Opportunity to lead a large-scale business unit with global visibility and impact A collaborative and inclusive work environment focused on innovation and growth Exposure to diverse industries and cutting-edge technical services Leadership development and career growth opportunities Flexible hybrid work model Competitive compensation and benefits package A culture that values diversity, integrity, and continuous improvement Additional Information The anticipated annual base pay range for this full-time position is $220,000 - 250,000. Actual base pay will be determined based on various factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include an annual bonus target, subject to eligibility and other requirements. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to employees, including a 401(k) plan with employer match, up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents and 2 weeks for other parents, health plans (medical, dental, and vision), life insurance and disability, and generous paid time off.
