1,800 annually A high-end boutique corporate law firm in Los Angeles is seeking a mid-level Corporate Associate (6-8 years) with strong M&A experience to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to transition from Big Law into a more entrepreneurial platform while continuing to work on sophisticated, high-value transactions. The Role You will work on a range of corporate and transactional matters, including:- Mergers & acquisitions (core focus)
- Joint ventures and strategic transactions
- Corporate structuring and financings
- Cross-industry deals across sectors such as media, energy, and real estate Associates are given early responsibility and the opportunity to take a more active role in deal execution and client interaction. Why This Opportunity Stands Out
