Job Description

Position Overview:
We are currently partnered with a top tier Financial Services firm looking to add a highly analytical and results-driven Corporate Strategy Senior Associate to their leadership team sitting fully remote. This role is pivotal in shaping the company's long-term strategic direction, driving growth initiatives, and supporting executive decision-making through data-driven insights and market intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Lead the development and execution of the company's long-term strategic plan, including market entry, portfolio optimization, and growth initiatives.
Market & Competitive Analysis:
Conduct in-depth industry, competitor, and customer analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the financial services landscape.
M&A Support:
Evaluate potential acquisition targets, support due diligence efforts, and collaborate with corporate development on integration planning.
Executive Presentations:
Prepare high-impact presentations and strategic updates for the executive leadership team and board of directors.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
Partner with business unit leaders, finance, operations, and R D to align strategic initiatives with operational execution.
Performance Monitoring:
Develop KPIs and dashboards to track progress against strategic goals and recommend course corrections as needed.
Innovation & Transformation:
Identify and assess emerging technologies, sustainability trends, and operational improvements relevant to the Financials services sector.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred. 4-6 years of experience in Investment Banking within the Financial Services or Tech space Strong financial modeling, business case development, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with experience influencing senior stakeholders. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and strategic planning tools; experience with ERP or BI systems is a plus.
