The Opportunity Partner with executives and officers to define the strategic purpose, goals, and success criteria for key meetings and events. Lead the conceptualization, design, and strategic development of meeting and event programs to ensure alignment with Vituity's mission, priorities and culture. Translate strategic meeting objectives into compelling agendas, innovative learning formats, and immersive experiences that drive engagement, participation, and meaningful outcomes. Design and implement high-impact, experience-driven environments that strengthen culture, promote engagement, and foster meaningful connections. Integrate logistics, processes, internal resources, and organizational support to ensure seamless meeting and event execution. Lead the development and curation of educational content, keynote and speaker programming, and presentation materials. Manage complex cross-functional communication and workflow among internal teams. external partners, vendors, clients, stakeholders, speakers, to ensure seamless program execution. Identify and leverage emerging trends, technologies, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify strategic opportunities for external engagement and audience growth. Develop and implement strategies to build a strong attendee pipeline and drive registration conversion across meetings and events. Lead the strategic development and management of sponsorship and exhibit program strategies for meetings and events that generate a minimum of $2 million in annual event revenue. Develop sponsorship strategies, prospectuses, pricing models, tiered partnership structures, and value propositions aligned with event goals and audience demographics. Lead sponsorship and exhibit sales efforts, including outreach, negotiation, and contract management. Cultivate and manage relationships with high-profile sponsors, exhibitors, and corporate partners, ensuring strong engagement and long-term partnerships. Ensure successful fulfillment of sponsor and exhibitor deliverables and high levels of partner satisfaction and retention. Track and analyze revenue performance, engagement metrics and return on investment to inform future strategy. Identify and drive new revenue-generating opportunities across meetings and event platforms to maximize sponsor engagement and financial impact. Required Experience and Competencies Bachelor's degree in related field of study required. Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in meetings and events management, program development, sponsorship/exhibit program management, or related strategic roles required. Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder meetings or external programs from concept through execution required. Experience designing high-impact, immersive attendee experiences that drive engagement, learning, and connection required. Experience developing and managing program budgets and financial forecasts, including accountability for revenue and expense performance required. Experience supporting or leading sponsorship and exhibit program strategy, including prospectus development, pricing models, sales support, and fulfillment required. Experience collaborating with cross-functional leaders and presenting recommendations, financial analyses, and strategic proposals to senior leadership required. Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) preferred. Experience in revenue-generating event environments preferred. Experience working within healthcare, professional associations, or mission-driven organization preferred. Demonstrated success growing sponsorship revenue, exhibitor engagement, or external audience participation preferred. Ability to operate at both a strategic and tactical level, translating organizational objectives into scalable, revenue-generating event programs. Ability to conceptualize and execute immersive, experience-driven event environments aligned with brand and strategic objectives. Strong relationship management and negotiation skills. Strong business acumen and understanding of ROI-driven programming. Ability to project manage multiple initiatives within time limits and budget parameters. Ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior business leaders and stakeholders. Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform in a fast-paced, multi-project environment requiring speed and accuracy. Strong financial management, analytical, and reporting skills. Knowledge of meeting technologies, registration platforms, and event management systems. Ability to travel to meetings and events as needed.
