Job Description:
We're placing an FP&A Analyst with a high-growth, PE-backed multi-site healthcare organization with locations across the country. If you want a seat at the table early in your career, this is it ???? You'll report directly to the SVP of Strategy & Analytics and work across financial modeling, budgeting, M&A analysis, and board-level reporting. Real work, real visibility, real impact on how the business grows.
What the role involves:
???? Monthly management and sponsor reporting packages ???? Annual budgeting and forecasting, with variance analysis ????? Financial modeling including multi-site acquisition models ???? M&A due diligence and working capital analysis ???? Power BI dashboard development alongside the BI team ? Ad-hoc support for the CEO and executive leadership What they're looking for: 2-3+ years in Finance or Consulting At least one year in FP&A Strong Excel and PowerPoint Ideally some exposure to BI tools like Power BI or Tableau ERP experince a plus ???? Hybrid role based near the Queens/Long Island boarder, Mon-Thu in office, Fridays remote.
