• Learning & Development Manager (Direct Hire | Hybrid)
• We're partnering with an organization to hire a
• Learning & Development Manager
• who will lead both the
• strategy and execution of leadership development programs
• across North America and LATAM. This role will manage
• 3 direct reports (including 2 manufacturing trainers)
• and focus heavily on building
• soft skills and leadership capabilities
• for current and emerging leaders.
• Location (Hybrid - 3 days onsite): Any location will work
• Oshkosh, WI (preferred), Miramar, FL, Evansville, IN, or Deerfield, IL
• Key Focus Areas
• Build and execute enterprise-wide
• L&D strategy and roadmap
• Lead
• leadership development programs
• (design, facilitation, and vendor management)
• Partner with HR and business leaders in a
• matrixed environment
• Support both
• manufacturing and corporate teams
• Own learning systems, tools, and program effectiveness metrics
• What They're Looking For
• Experience building L&D strategy within a
• large, matrixed organization
• Strong knowledge in
• leadership training (facilitation + procurement)
• Ability to influence stakeholders and operate in ambiguity
• Experience supporting
• manufacturing environments
• Bachelor's degree required
• SAP, Salesforce, or bilingual Spanish is a plus

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $140000.

00 - $150000.00/yr.
