We partner closely with business owners at one of the most important moments of their professional lives, guiding them through valuation, positioning, marketing, and transaction execution with integrity and expertise. As we continue to expand, we're seeking an experienced Market President to lead business development efforts, manage client relationships, and drive successful transactions in their market. The Opportunity This is a senior, revenue?generating leadership role for a relationship?driven professional who thrives in consultative selling and strategic advisory work. You'll own the client relationship from initial conversation through close, while collaborating with analysts and dealing with team members to deliver exceptional outcomes. You'll have the autonomy to build your market, the platform to scale your impact, and the earning potential to match your performance. What You'll Do Originate and develop new client relationships with business owners considering a sale Leverage and grow a strong referral network (wealth advisors, CPAs, attorneys, consultants) Lead clients through the full M&A lifecycle-from valuation to close Present valuation insights and exit strategies to founder?owners and executives Oversee preparation of marketing materials and confidential information memoranda Coordinate and guide analyst support teams to ensure accuracy and quality Market opportunities to qualified buyers and manage buyer interactions Negotiate offers and structure transactions in the best interest of clients Lead and coordinate due diligence efforts across buyers, clients, and internal teams Maintain accurate reporting and pipeline management within CRM systems Represent

professionally in the market and at client meetings Travel as needed for client meetings and buyer site visits Who You Are A trusted advisor to business owners with strong executive presence A proven relationship builder with an established referral network Comfortable selling high?value consulting services to senior decision?makers Highly organized, detail?oriented, and able to manage multiple deals simultaneously Financially savvy with the ability to interpret and explain financial statements Confident communicator-clear, persuasive, and professional Qualifications Experience (preferred): Former Active Business Broker, M&A Advisor, Wealth Manager, or founder who has built and sold a company ($5M+ transaction experience strongly preferred) Minimum of 3 years of hands?on experience in business sale transactions Direct operating experience at the shareholder or executive level is a strong plus Established relationships with Wealth Advisors, CPAs, Estate Attorneys, and other Business?
Owner Advisors Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting MBA preferred Equivalent experience considered: 5+ years owning/operating a business generating $5M+ in revenue with a professional management team Tools & Skills CRM systems and deal tracking Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Financial analysis and valuation concepts Social media and professional networking for prospecting Strong follow?up and pipeline discipline Compensation & Benefits Market President•
M&A Advisory Base Salary:
$75,000•100,000 + performance-based incentives from success fees
On-Target Earnings:
$150,000•200,000+
