We are NOT looking for a giant agency. We want someone organized, proactive, and performance-driven who can help improve and scale lead generation systems over time. Role Responsibilities Build, manage, and optimize Meta ad campaigns Help improve ad targeting, lead quality, and conversions Assist with: landing pages funnel strategy campaign organization lead flow optimization Work alongside our GHL systems/workflows Advise on ad creative and content direction Track campaign performance and communicate results clearly Explore/testing opportunities with Google or LinkedIn ads over time Qualifications Experience running Meta ads for lead generation
