$85-90/hr Based on years of experience What's the Job? Lead end-to-end merger & acquisition integration efforts, including planning, execution, and post-merger optimization Drive integration and consolidation programs across finance, operations, and technology teams Partner with Finance to ensure General Ledger (GL) alignment, reporting consistency, and compliance across entities Oversee timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple workstreams, ensuring on-time and on-budget execution Coordinate with executive stakeholders to align integration strategy with business objectives What's Needed? 8-12+ years of experience in project/program management, with a significant focus on M&A transactions and integrations Proven, hands-on experience managing M&A integration or separation initiatives Strong understanding of financial consolidation processes and General Ledger (GL) reporting Experience working closely with finance organizations, accounting teams, and ERP systems Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs in fast-paced environments What's in it for me?
