Job Overview The Senior Director, FSOP Wholesale will develop, create, and implement the vision and strategy for the FSOP Sales Team; while providing direct leadership to the Wholesale, FLO, Compass, and LARTM Sales business segments. This role will support the SVP of Sales, Operations and play a key role in the preparation, setting, and execution of a business plan, which will support achieving the annual Volume, Dead Net Gross Profit, Revenue, and Market Share Growth goals within FSOP, and more specifically within the FLO, Wholesale, Compass, LARTM segments of our business.
The Senior Director will build strategies and plans to support the ongoing growth of our FSOP account base, successful outlet execution Look Of Success, and continued focus on profitably growing our Wholesale, FLO, Compass, and LARTM segments of the business; will be responsible for the growth and development of their direct reports and play an active role in the growth and development of all others; work closely and collaboratively with multiple internal and external business partners to create a team environment and meet business objectives. Additional responsibilities will include monitoring and analyzing the monthly hiring activities to maintain staffing effectiveness, overall P&L management, and compliance responsibilities as well as joint call responsibility for our key FSOP customers within the Wholesale, FLO, Compass, and LARTM channels of business.
Duties & Responsibilities Maintain accountability to deliver the Annual Business Plan including AOI, Dead Net Gross Profit, Revenue, and Volume
Oversee the creation, development, implementation, and execution of the FSOP business processes and strategies. Spend time in the market with direct and indirect reports to ensure execution of strategy, business plans, and processes to achieve desired business results
Collaborate and develop relationships with other internal functions, departments such as Equipment Services, Customer Care Center, Field Operations, MUVP, GM's Retail Sales, Marketing
Oversee business planning, strategy development, and execution by analyzing business results and trends to identify opportunities followed by qualitative and quantitative plans for improvement
Develop strategies and business plans to grow DNGP, Revenue, and Volume. Communicate and implement plans and processes to MU FSOP leadership teams and conduct monthly reviews of P&L reports, and address any opportunities and areas in need of improvement
Lead customer management activities through the facilitation of joint and individual calls on key, major customers focused on building strategic relationships, growing business, and insulating against competitive threats
Visit and assess the market for opportunities and issues requiring resolution; entertain key, major customers to insulate and build relationships, develop partnerships with a goal of mutual business growth for both parties; and provide guidance and support for the major bid and large customer call points within the Wholesale, FLO, Compass and LARTM segments of the business
Direct, lead, and motivate a team to deliver results by communicating company goals, safety practices, and deadlines; while establishing an environment of positive team morale
Engage and develop teammates through effective performance management, coaching, teaching, and training Implement continuous improvement methods while maintaining customer focus; review and evaluate the staffing capacity and effectiveness of the team, and embody the company purpose and values to inspire servant leadership
Direct FSOP special projects and strategies by serving as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for any projects or strategy that impacts the FSOP segment of the business, such as My Coke platform expansion; Full-Service Strategy execution; Routing, and Segmentation implementation; as well as Club Coke Tool and Onboarding platform for FSOP Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities 4 years minimum experience
