Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Thor General Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our brand's operations. This role is responsible for driving business performance, optimizing financial results, and fostering a high-performing, collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, industry experience, and a passion for the motorcycle space. What You'll Do Lead and manage day-to-day business operations for the Thor brand Develop and execute the brand's strategic plan, setting clear departmental goals Own budget planning, expense optimization, and financial performance Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and profitability Ensure strong communication and alignment across departments and with LeMans Oversee hiring, onboarding, and employee development initiatives Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance management to direct reports Monitor compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company standards Identify and solve business challenges (e.g., declining profits, competition, internal conflicts) Develop product strategies aligned with revenue and margin targets Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders Oversee marketing strategies, including events and sponsorships Deliver regular performance updates and insights to executive leadership What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field 4+ years of experience in a General Manager or similar executive-level role Experience working across B2B and eCommerce channels Familiarity with athlete contracts and licensing agreements Valid driver's license required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and prioritization abilities Proven leadership with the ability to motivate and develop teams Specialized Experience Strong network and experience within the motorcycle industry Expertise across key business functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, Operations) Advanced planning, budgeting, and analytical capabilities Experience with product development in helmet/apparel categories (preferred) Work Environment & Physical Requirements Primarily office-based (not remote eligible) at THOR in Poway, CA Frequent sitting, screen use, and communication activities Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs Occasional travel (vehicle and air travel required) Disclaimers Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.
