Build and carry out strategic plans that align with our mission and goals. Oversee daily operations to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Build relationships and negotiate contracts and partnerships that strengthen our services. Lead business development efforts to grow the organization's impact. Identify and implement ways to improve processes and enhance care delivery. Manage key projects from start to finish to keep us on track and on time. Work closely with the Board of Directors to align on strategic priorities and governance. Create a positive, team-oriented culture that values growth, accountability, and communication. What We're Looking For A true people person with strong leadership and communication skills. A proven track record in a senior leadership role (Executive Director or similar). Solid experience in business development and forming successful partnerships. Strong skills in strategic planning, operations, and project management. At least 5 years of supervisory experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or related healthcare facilities. Deep understanding of assisted living regulations and memory care requirements. A Bachelor's degree in Health Administration is preferred. Must have a valid, unrestricted South Carolina CRCFA license .
