This role is responsible for delivering high-quality advisory services, building scalable methodologies, and developing a high-performing team focused initially on FedRAMP authorization, FedRAMP 20X, and continuous monitoring services. The Senior Manager will oversee customer engagements, service delivery, resource planning, team development, and business growth while establishing repeatable processes and reusable accelerators that support expansion into additional compliance frameworks such as DoD IL, GovRAMP, and CMMC. Reporting to the Vice President, Cybersecurity Risk & Compliance Services, this leader will work closely with internal stakeholders across GovCon, AI & Innovation, Business Development, and Operations to ensure customer success and drive the evolution of C2 Labs' advisory services portfolio. Key Responsibilities Practice Leadership Lead and scale the Advisory Services practice. Develop service offerings, delivery methodologies, and operational standards. Establish performance metrics, quality controls, and continuous improvement initiatives. Drive strategic expansion into additional compliance and authorization frameworks. Client Delivery & Success Oversee the successful delivery of advisory engagements. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with customer expectations. Serve as an executive escalation point for delivery risks and client concerns. Maintain accountability for customer satisfaction and engagement outcomes. Team Leadership Recruit, mentor, and develop consulting professionals. Establish performance expectations and support career development. Build a scalable, high-performing team capable of supporting growth objectives. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation. Business Growth & Operations Support business development, proposal efforts, and customer presentations. Contribute to service pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies. Manage resource allocation, utilization, forecasting, and practice profitability. Identify opportunities for account growth and strategic partnerships. Innovation & Knowledge Management Develop reusable templates, playbooks, and compliance accelerators. Capture lessons learned and institutional knowledge across engagements. Collaborate with AI & Innovation teams to identify automation opportunities and enhance service delivery through AI-enabled capabilities. Qualifications Required 8+ years of cybersecurity, compliance, or consulting experience. 3+ years leading teams, programs, or service lines. Deep expertise in Fed
RAMP, NIST
800-53, continuous monitoring, and security authorization processes. Experience managing customer engagements and consulting delivery teams. Strong executive communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Experience with FedRAMP 20X, DoD RMF, GovRAMP, CMMC, and related frameworks. Experience with GRC platforms such as RegScale, ServiceNow GRC, Archer, eMASS, or Xacta. Experience supporting federal agencies, government contractors, or FedRAMP-authorized environments. Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CGRC. Experience in consulting, managed services, or professional services organizations. Success Measures Success in this role will be measured by the growth and scalability of the Advisory Services practice, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, team development, and the successful expansion of C2 Labs' compliance advisory capabilities into new markets and frameworks.
