You will manage the student experience from the inside while serving as an outward-facing ambassador for our programs. Oversee the delivery of comprehensive support services for both undergraduate and graduate business students.

Supervise & Mentor:

Directly supervise and guide two Graduate Assistants, fostering their professional development and ensuring efficient office operations. Promote the

College:

Represent the CBGA at various regional events and recruitment fairs. This role includes occasional travel throughout the state to promote our programs and engage with prospective Skyhawks. Advocate for

Success:

Serve as a primary point of contact for student issues, resolving challenges with patience, flexibility, and a focus on retention.

Innovate & Collaborate:

Work closely with faculty and administration to implement new ideas and constructive suggestions that improve the student journey. What You Bring to the Table We are looking for a professional who balances high-level organization with a genuine "student-first" heart.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree strongly preferred.

Leadership & Organization:

Ability to manage a team (GAs) and coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Communication & Ambassadorship:

Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to professionally represent the University to external audiences.

Adaptability:

A flexible approach to problem-solving and a willingness to travel as needed to promote our mission.
