• Leadership and Career Development Opportunities Job Summary The Operating Partner oversees a Bojangles restaurant with an ownership mentality, by doing the right thing and making the right decisions for the business, the Operating Partner is responsible to individually perform at the highest level, establish a culture of teamwork and customer centricity through delivering the best Guest Experience to maximize Sales and Transactions while achieving profitability targets.

Essential duties for an Operating Partner may include, but are not limited to the following: Always maintains highest personal and professional appearance. Creates an inviting culture in the store, a place where our team members feel respected and valued. Interviews, hires, and retains quality candidates. Coaches and develops the operational, managerial and leadership skills of various roles at restaurant level. Behaves in a way that consistently demonstrates commitment to Bojangles Culture Principles (Trust, Promise, Leadership, Inclusion, Initiative, and Hospitality). Is knowledgeable, disseminates and enforces Company Operational standards that ensure the highest level of flawless execution in operations.

Including but not limited to:

Quality, Customer Experience and Cleanliness. Evaluates critical information needed to understand opportunities, determine probable causes, and develop workable solutions.

Qualifications:

Loves Serving and Helping Others Enjoys and values Teamwork 10 years previous QSR experience; both restaurant level and above restaurant level Serve as a Bojangles brand ambassador in your community. Prior experience using Microsoft products.
