Job Duties:

Provide quality customer service and work toward the generation, promotion and maintenance of a quality work environment for the staff of Amarillo National Bank. Maintain a positive attitude and provide team support. Provide general supervision of the branch and ensure that duties and responsibilities assigned are carried out in an effective, systematic and cost-oriented manner with focus on Customer Service. Assist branch employees with questions and problems. Support/Work in all areas of the branch. Including Teller, CSR, and Lending. Develop incentives based on needs at this location. Make marketing calls on existing customers, as well as potential customers. These calls are to be reported to the Marketing Department and will be discussed at the Marketing Meeting. Promote growth within bank to produce earnings and to promote the economic growth of the community.

Requirements:

A College degree is preferred. Minimum five years of banking experience or comparable financial business experience, three years of which being related to branch management positions. Must have the ability to communicate effectively with customers, personnel and bank management. Create and maintain good company image in dealing with public, both business and non-business contacts. Must be able to coordinate and supervise the branch's operation activities and motivate employees under direct supervision. The ability to act independently and handle customer problems/complaints is essential. Ability to work "Under Pressure" is necessary. A neat and professional appearance is needed. Must be organized and detailed oriented. Must be flexible with working retail hours, including weekends. Must lead by example and be a working manager. {endAccordion} Fort Worth {beginAccordion h3}
