In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily Spa functions, manage staff, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and maintain a seamless patient experience. Your energetic leadership will drive the success of our med spa by fostering a positive environment, optimizing workflow, and ensuring financial health. The ideal candidate is passionate about Aesthetics and Beauty, possesses strong supervisory skills, and has a solid background in med spa office operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence patient care quality while managing the business side of a thriving med spa.
Duties:
Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring smooth coordination between medical staff, administrative team, and clients Supervise staff scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and human resources functions to foster a motivated team environment Manage financial aspects including budgeting, fiscal management, billing processes, and revenue cycle management. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, medical records management standards, and safety protocols across all spa activities Coordinate with medical providers to facilitate efficient patient flow and support medical administrative support functions Oversee inventory control of medical supplies, equipment, and products. Oversee EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems and EHR (Electronic Health Record) systems management Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing patient inquiries promptly and resolving issues effectively Implement practice management strategies to enhance operational efficiency and patient satisfaction while adhering to healthcare regulations. Qualifications Proven experience in med spa office management or healthcare administration within a clinical setting. Strong supervisory skills with demonstrated success in managing teams in fast-paced environments Proficiency in medical office software and Med Spa CRM's (specifically Zenoti) Knowledge of med spa treatments, medical records management, HIPAA compliance, and healthcare regulations Experience with fiscal management including budgeting, financial reporting, and revenue cycle processes Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure Familiarity with human resources practices related to staffing, training, and employee relations Join us in shaping an exceptional patient experience through energetic leadership and meticulous operational oversight.
