As part of the broader NuSelf brand, we are creating a modern, high-touch aesthetics destination that combines luxury service, evidence-based treatments, and strong operational systems. We are seeking an experienced, polished, and highly motivated MedSpa Manager to help lead daily operations, grow the business, support the clinical team, and deliver an exceptional patient experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands both the service culture of luxury aesthetics and the operational discipline of a high-performing medical practice. Key Responsibilities Operations & Team Leadership Manage daily clinic operations to ensure smooth patient flow, efficient scheduling, and excellent service. Lead, train, and support front desk, patient care, sales, and support staff. Create accountability around service standards, follow-up, task completion, and patient communication. Maintain a professional, polished, and welcoming clinic environment. Help implement standard operating procedures for consultations, bookings, checkout, rebooking, and follow-up. Patient Experience & Sales Ensure every patient receives a warm, premium, and highly personalized experience. Support consultation flow and help convert inquiries into booked appointments and treatment plans. Oversee follow-up with leads, consultations, unfinished treatment plans, and missed opportunities. Promote packages, memberships, skincare, and treatment plans in an ethical, patient-centered manner. Track conversion rates, rebooking rates, show rates, and patient retention. Growth, Marketing & Lead Management Work with leadership to support marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and community outreach. Monitor incoming leads from phone, web, social media, Google, and CRM systems. Ensure timely lead response and follow-up through phone, text, email, and automation workflows. Help develop relationships with referral partners, local businesses, and community contacts. Support social media content coordination, patient testimonials, before-and-after workflows, and campaign execution. Financial & Performance Management Track key performance indicators including revenue, bookings, consultations, conversion rates, retail sales, membership sales, and provider utilization. Help manage schedules to optimize provider productivity and clinic revenue. Support daily close-out, payment collection, quoting, package tracking, and patient financing workflows. Assist with budgeting, purchasing, inventory management, and vendor coordination. Compliance & Professional Standards Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA-compliant workflows. Ensure proper documentation, consent completion, photo workflows, and treatment-related administrative processes. Support compliance with medical practice standards, workplace policies, and aesthetic treatment protocols. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will have: Experience managing or leading in a medspa, aesthetics practice, cosmetic surgery practice, dermatology office, plastic surgery office or wellness clinic Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. A polished, professional presence and strong customer service instincts. Comfort with sales, consultations, memberships, treatment plans, and patient follow-up. Ability to manage both people and numbers. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset. Experience with CRM systems, EMR systems, scheduling software, Google Workspace or Microsoft Office. A genuine interest in aesthetics, wellness, beauty, longevity, and patient transformation. Preferred Experience MedSpa or aesthetics management experience is a requirement. Experience with injectables, lasers, body contouring, skincare, memberships, or cosmetic surgery workflows is required. Experience with PatientNow, Zenoti, Aesthetic Record, Nextech, or similar platforms is helpful. Experience managing lead follow-up, sales pipelines, and marketing campaigns is expected. Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to multitask and adapt in a growing business environment Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and client experience
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
