Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience in representing public and private clients in M&A, private equity, venture capital, securities offerings and securities law compliance, and general corporate matters. Successful candidates will also have hands on drafting and negotiating experience for complex M&A and private equity transactions and related investment agreements and experience as a key member of deal teams for a range of middle market transactions, including responsibility for producing acquisition, equity and related documents in a client-ready format, and running key aspects of transactions, from due diligence through closing. Candidates must be an active member of the Texas bar.
