Executive Bonus Shift & Schedule:
Days | No Weekends Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Administrative Director of Women & Children's Services to provide executive leadership for a comprehensive maternal-child service line. This role will oversee Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, NICU, and Women's & Children's programs while driving operational excellence, quality outcomes, leadership development, regulatory compliance, and strategic growth initiatives. Responsibilities Provide executive leadership and oversight for Women's and Children's Services operations. Direct Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, NICU, and maternal-child service line initiatives. Lead department managers and support leadership development across the service line. Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with physicians, clinical leaders, and community partners. Oversee designation and accreditation programs to ensure compliance with state and national standards. Manage departmental budgets, staffing plans, productivity metrics, and resource utilization. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives. Drive patient safety, clinical quality, and service excellence outcomes. Support strategic growth, business development, and community outreach efforts. Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvement strategies. Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and organizational requirements. Required Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Master's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field. Active Texas RN License or Compact RN License. Current BLS Certification. National Specialty Certification in a Women's or Children's Services specialty area. Minimum 10 years of clinical nursing experience in Women's Services, NICU, PICU, Pediatrics, or Labor & Delivery. Minimum 5 years of leadership experience at the Manager or Director level. Strong operational, financial, and physician relationship management experience. Preferred Qualifications Executive leadership experience within large acute care hospitals. Experience managing Maternal and NICU designation programs. Experience leading high-volume maternal-child service lines. Strong leadership development and succession planning experience. Experience with strategic growth initiatives and business development.
