Store Operations & Floor Management:
Open and close the store on time, ensuring proper security and operational procedures are followed. Manage daily store operations, including handling cash, ensuring stock levels are maintained, and ensuring the sales floor is organized and properly displayed. Oversee store cleanliness and ensure inventory is well-maintained and organized in the stockroom and on the sales floor.
Inventory Management & Organization:
Support inventory management by ensuring accurate stock levels, product organization, and effective product displays. Ensure the stockroom is organized, clean, and properly stocked to streamline operations and sales floor replenishment. Review performance metrics and use data to identify trends, address challenges, and improve store performance. Business Goals:
Actively participate in setting and achieving store goals, including sales targets, customer satisfaction, and operational objectives. Take ownership of store performance and ensure targets are met by leading by example, managing tasks efficiently, and motivating the team. Assist in planning and executing store promotions, special events, and sales strategies. Regularly check emails and effectively communicate with the Store Manager regarding updates, action items, and store needs. Keep the team informed and aligned on company initiatives, goals, and priorities. Help manage staffing levels, schedule shifts, and ensure associates are trained on new products, company policies, and procedures. Requirements One or 2 years' experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion industry. Proven record of accomplishment of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service, with the adaptability to thrive in a new environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required, especially during the launch period. Proficient in computer and software, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. Bilingual speaker such as English and Spanish must. Any other languages than English is a plus.
Pay:
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
