We are seeking an M&A and Corporate Finance Associate to support transaction execution, financial analysis, and integration efforts across all stages of the deal lifecycle. What You'll Own Support sourcing and tracking of acquisition targets, affiliations, and partnership opportunities Build financial models to support deal valuation, ROI analysis, and transaction structuring Analyze practice-level financials and identify key value drivers and risks Coordinate due diligence workstreams across legal, financial, operational, and clinical functions Manage data rooms, document requests, and diligence trackers Prepare deal summaries, investment memos, and executive presentations Support post-close integration coordination with HR, IT, RCM, and operations What We're Looking For 3 to 5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, FP&A, or corporate finance Strong financial modeling skills including DCF, three-statement models, and transaction structuring Experience supporting M&A transactions through some or all stages of the deal lifecycle Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment

Preferred:
