We are seeking a Healthcare Strategy & Acquisitions Associate to support market analysis, physician practice evaluation, and transaction execution across all stages of the deal lifecycle. What You'll Own Support sourcing and tracking of physician practice acquisition targets, affiliations, and partnership opportunities Build financial models to support practice valuation, ROI analysis, and transaction structuring Analyze practice-level financials, payer mix, and operational performance to identify key value drivers and risks Coordinate due diligence workstreams across legal, financial, operational, and clinical functions Manage data rooms, document requests, and diligence trackers Prepare deal summaries, investment memos, and executive presentations Support post-close integration coordination with HR, IT, RCM, and operations What We're Looking For 3 to 5 years of experience in healthcare consulting, transaction advisory, corporate development, or a related field Strong financial modeling skills including DCF, three-statement models, and transaction structuring Familiarity with physician practice economics, including payer mix analysis, fee schedules, and RCM metrics Experience supporting M&A transactions through some or all stages of the deal lifecycle
Preferred:
