• You will be the Business Development Analyst Principle for the Close Combat Systems team.

Our team is responsible for driving growth and strategic partnerships within the Close Combat Systems line of business. What You Will Be Doing As the Business Development Analyst Principle you will be responsible for shaping strategy and expanding our market presence. Basic Qualifications:

• Must be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
• Strong relationships within the Department of Army, industry partners and competitors
• Track record of successful shaping and winning new business
• Business acumen, strong analytical and problem solving skills, reliability and sound judgment, strong strategic thinking and planning skills
• Diplomatic, persuasive and articulate communication style to establish and maintain rapport with internal and external senior executives
• Demonstrate personal accountability, achievement, learning and continual improvement
• Ability to articulate complex issues into succinct, cohesive summaries and presentations

Desired Skills:

• Track record of successful shaping and winning new business in the defense sector
• Experience in business planning with strategic goals and identifying opportunities as part of the business development planning process to achieve established business area growth goals

The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules:
