Job Description

We are seeking an associate with 4-7 years of experience in private equity M&A, with specific experience representing energy and infrastructure PE sponsors to join our energy & infrastructure M&A practice. The ideal candidate will advise clients (sponsors, project-developers, funds, utilities, infrastructure owners/operators) on complex acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions in the infrastructure/energy/power & renewables sectors. In additional, the ideal candidate will lead and support the execution of infrastructure M&A, joint venture (JV) and project-financing related transactions, including from bid-process through closing, across sectors. The position is ideal for an associate who enjoys sophisticated, cross-disciplinary work that combines corporate M&A and project finance. The annual compensation range for this position is between $310,000 and $420,000. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
