TX Area Job Description:
Concho Hearts Hospice is looking to expand our team, as an Executive Director you have the responsibility to bring on your own team and create your own hospice location to service your community. Concho Hearts Executive Director/Marketer serves as a leader in the overall organization management of the hospice agency. The hallmarks of this position include developing people and processes, ensuring high-quality care to each patient, financial management, and business development. Concho Hearts Hospice is dedicated to providing compassionate care wherever you call home. Our team of Nurses, Aides, Chaplains, Social Workers, Volunteers, and Doctors provide symptom management, and patient and family support while coping with an end-of-life illness. We are on this journey with you and everyone's journey is different. We are locally owned and operated, so you can rest easy that your loved one will receive loving care in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Develops various channels of referrals through the selection, acquisition, retention, and growth of business partnerships with referral sources. Consistently visits, communicates and monitors provider, community, customer, payer, and patient perceptions of Concho Hearts Hospice as a high-quality provider of services. Conduct educational in-services and community outreach to promote our superior hospice care services. Educates patients and their families about hospice expectations. Work closely with the clinical operations team to ensure seamless care transition coordination from an acute care setting to a home.

Qualifications:
MUST have Hospice Marketing experience of 2+ years.
