About Team Granger Team Granger has expanded from a locally owned preowned vehicle lot to multiple stores, including Chevrolet, Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, and a multi-franchised RV store with over 600 units in stock. Orange, TX (In-person) Position Overview As a Bilingual Business Development Consultant , you will play a key role in strengthening customer relationships and driving sales by handling inbound and outbound calls. Your main goal is to schedule appointments and follow-up communications, contributing to customer satisfaction and dealership growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and strong organizational abilities. Key Responsibilities Answer all incoming phone calls following a script and schedule sales appointments. Make outbound calls to prospective customers. Log customer comments accurately in the database. Schedule follow-up contacts if appointments are not made. Use scripts to schedule appointments for sales and service departments. Confirm and reschedule appointments as needed. Update and maintain customer information in the database. Generate and send letters, postcards, and emails to support marketing and follow-up efforts. Respond to customer website inquiries promptly. Contact internet customers by email and phone to schedule appointments and follow up. Coordinate with relevant departments when appointments are scheduled. Assist with additional duties as assigned. Work towards meeting or exceeding monthly performance goals. Why Join Team Granger? Qualifications Bilingual proficiency is required. High school diploma or equivalent. Experience with phone and telemarketing, preferably in automotive, business development, or customer service. Familiarity with scripts, power tracks, and alternative choices. Professional, enthusiastic, and friendly demeanor at all customer interactions. Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with self-motivation to work independently and in teams. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with effective time management and prioritization skills. Basic computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and data entry skills.WHAT WE OFFER
