Plan, manage, direct and coordinate the operational and strategic development of the company. Design and implement operational strategies across all company branches (Pharr, Texas, Laredo, Texas, and Reynosa, Mexico). Split working time approximately 50% in Mexico and 50% in the United States, involving weekly travel between company sites to oversee operations and identify business opportunities. Explore and evaluate new strategic partnerships and investment opportunities within the U.S. and Mexico. Oversee and manage logistics infrastructure projects, including warehouse, yards, and transportation hubs. Manage, lead, and develop personnel across multiple locations. Make high-impact decisions aligned with company goals and strategies. Provide strategic vision for business growth and expansion. Handle crisis management and problem resolution effectively and proactively. Ensure compliance with U.S. and Mexican legal and regulatory standards in both countries. Develop and manage budgets and resource allocation aligned with growth strategies. Maintain direct relationship with key clients, vendors, and government entities. Lead contract negotiations, project bids, and supplier agreements with a focus on cost-benefit outcomes. Report directly to company leadership with updates on performance, expansion, and risk management.
