Financial Associate - LC Elite Program The LC Elite Program is a highly selective development program designed to train and mentor the next generation of financial professionals. This is a performance-driven opportunity for individuals who are motivated, coachable, competitive, and looking to build a long-term career in financial services. This role is ideal for individuals who: Want to build a career helping people improve their financial lives Enjoy relationship-building and communication Are highly driven and growth-oriented Want mentorship and a clear advancement path Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment No prior financial experience is required. We provide training, mentorship, systems, and development.
