As a Franchise Success Coach , you will serve as a vital partner to our franchise owners, guiding them to achieve operational excellence, maximize financial performance, and maintain rock-solid brand consistency. In this role, you aren't just an advisor—you are a catalyst for growth. You will equip franchisees with the leadership tools, systems, and best practices they need to scale their businesses and increase profitability.

The Secret Weapon:

Centers of Excellence (CoE) To ensure your success, you will collaborate closely with the Zerorez Centers of Excellence (CoE) . The CoE is a centralized hub of advanced tools, subject-matter experts, and dedicated resources designed to elevate our entire franchise system. You will leverage these robust playbooks and expert resources to deliver unparalleled support and high-impact coaching to your franchise portfolio.

Key Responsibilities Franchisee Coaching & Support:

Provide ongoing mentorship to franchise owners across all business functions—including sales, marketing, staffing, customer experience, and financial management. Conduct regular performance reviews and strategic business planning sessions.

Operational Excellence:

Ensure high brand standards and system procedures are maintained. Monitor network-wide KPIs, benchmark results, and lead onboarding and training for exciting new franchise openings.

Financial Performance:

Analyze financial statements (P&Ls, labor costs, and revenue trends) to coach franchisees on budgeting, cost control, and profitability strategies.

Training & Development:

Deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and webinars. Provide leadership coaching to help owners improve team management and employee retention.

Relationship Management:

Build deep, trust-based relationships with owners, acting as their primary point of contact and champion within the corporate ecosystem.

Business Growth & Strategy:

Partner with franchisees to develop localized marketing plans, discover new revenue streams, and drive market penetration.

What We Are Looking For Experience & EducationEducation:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (equivalent practical experience also welcomed).

Experience:

3-7+ years of proven success in business coaching, franchise operations, or multi-unit management.

Skills & Core CompetenciesBusiness Acumen:

A strong understanding of financial statements, P&L management, and key business metrics.

Influence & Leadership:

A proven ability to influence, coach, and develop business owners and management teams.

Communication:

Exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.

Mobility:
