This energetic leader will drive operational excellence, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure each unit achieves its business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for management, strategic planning, and business development, with a proven track record of supervising teams, managing profit and loss statements, and implementing process improvements. As a key driver of success across multiple locations, you will motivate teams, optimize sales strategies, and elevate customer experiences to new heights. Duties Oversee daily operations across multiple units, ensuring consistency in service quality and operational standards Develop and execute strategic plans to meet business growth targets and improve overall performance Lead, mentor, and supervise store leaders and team members to foster a motivated and productive work environment Manage profit & loss statements, analyze financial reports, and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability Drive business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities and expanding customer base Implement process improvements to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and elevate customer satisfaction Lead sales strategies by setting targets, coaching teams on upselling techniques, and monitoring performance metrics Experience Proven management experience within a fast-paced environment Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to translate goals into actionable plans Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience supervising teams of varying sizes Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and build strong relationships Join us as a Multi-Unit Manager if you're ready to lead with energy, drive results through strategic thinking, and make a lasting impact across multiple locations.
