We provide hands-on support, access to production facilities, and a thriving community of food makers, caterers, and culinary innovators. Our mission is to empower people to achieve their entrepreneurial goals and create strong, sustainable companies. Position Summary The Member Success Manager plays a pivotal role in helping new and existing entrepreneurs thrive within the Frontier Kitchen community. This person serves as both a coach and a relationship manager, guiding food business founders through the early stages of development while ensuring that members make full use of the resources and opportunities available. This role also includes membership sales and onboarding — engaging prospective entrepreneurs, helping them understand the value of joining Frontier Kitchen, and ensuring their smooth integration into our community. Teaching Members & Guiding To Success
  • Serve as the main point of contact for new and current members.
  • Provide individualized coaching and accountability for entrepreneurs in the startup and growth phases.
  • Help members set business goals, identify gaps, and develop action plans.
  • Connect members with appropriate resources, mentors, and opportunities.
  • Monitor member progress and proactively address challenges or concerns. Sales & Onboarding
  • Respond to inquiries from prospective members, teach them business set up processes and guide them through the licensing application process.
  • Conduct facility tours and business consultations.
  • Convert qualified leads into new memberships by clearly communicating the value and services of Frontier Kitchen.
  • Coordinate onboarding sessions to ensure new members understand policies, procedures, and available support. Community Engagement & Retention
  • Foster a vibrant, inclusive, and collaborative community environment.
  • Plan and coordinate networking events, training sessions, and member mixers.
  • Collect member feedback to improve satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and implement systems to track member engagement and business outcomes. Program Support & Administration
  • Maintain accurate records of member activity and outcomes in CRM or member management systems.
  • Collaborate with marketing to promote success stories, events, and programs.
  • Support strategic initiatives and partnerships that enhance the incubator's value proposition.
  • Assist in collecting impact data for corporate reports and performance metrics.
Required:
The successful person in this position will care about their customers and have passion for helping people. They will be genuinely interested in their members' companies and finding the best way to help the individual achieve their goals.
  • A teaching background would be very helpful and desired in this position.
  • 3+ years of experience in teaching or coaching teens/kids (business coaching not applicable for this skill set)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills — ability to inspire and motivate entrepreneurs.
  • Comfort with consultative selling (helping, not hard sales).
  • Passion for small business development and entrepreneurship.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to balance empathy with accountability when coaching members.
Preferred:
  • A school teacher would have an excellent applicable skill set; caring about the people you are working with and bringing out the best in them (as much as possible). We will teach the business aspects.
  • Experience working in an incubator, coworking space, or entrepreneurial support program.
  • Knowledge of food production, regulations, or operations in a commercial kitchen environment is helpful but not required (will be trained)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, Google) and basic data tracking.
