In this role, you will engage with current customers in favorable equity positions and guide them through a smooth, value-driven vehicle upgrade process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of vehicle equity, financing options, and the ability to effectively communicate the benefits of upgrading to newer models or higher trim levels.

Responsibilities:

Proactively reach out to current customers eligible for upgrades based on vehicle equity and trade-in value Conduct vehicle evaluations, present upgrade options, and explain financial advantages Collaborate with sales, finance, and service teams to deliver a seamless upgrade experience Maintain an up-to-date CRM database with contact history, leads, and conversion tracking Monitor and report on equity mining performance and sales metrics Stay current on inventory, OEM incentives, and vehicle technology to present compelling options

Requirements:

Previous automotive sales experience required Strong communication and customer service skills Proven track record of exceeding sales goals Ability to learn and use data mining tools (eLeads or Drive Centric experience a plus) Knowledge of financing and leasing structures Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven Authorized to work in the U.S. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check, and drug screen Equal Opportunity Employer Sheehy Auto Stores maintains a strong policy of equal employment opportunity for all associates.
