Job Description Alaska Airlines is looking for a Director of Global Strategic Accounts to lead our sales efforts in the corporate travel sector. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow our corporate accounts and enhance customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of managing large accounts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive results.
Your Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies for corporate accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance customer experience. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities. Prepare and present sales reports to senior management. Lead negotiations and close deals with corporate clients. Manage a team of sales professionals and provide coaching and support. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Your Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with a focus on corporate accounts. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
