About Hope Clinic & Care Center Hope Clinic & Care Center is a faith-based, free and charitable clinic dedicated to improving the health and well-being of our community. We provide access to quality healthcare while addressing the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of those we serve- demonstrating the love of Jesus Christ in all we do. Position Overview The Executive Director serves as the chief leader of Hope Clinic & Care Center, responsible for advancing its mission, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining financial sustainability. This individual will lead a dedicated team of staff and volunteers while building strong relationships across the community. This person needs to have a strong commitment to the mission and values of a Christian organization and the desire and ability to be the spiritual leader of the ministry. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy Lead and execute the mission, vision, and strategic priorities of the clinic Foster a culture of compassion, accountability, and excellence Develop and mentor a high-performing team Operations & Quality Oversee day-to-day clinic operations Ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and service Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives Financial Leadership & Fundraising Manage budget, financial performance, and reporting Lead fundraising efforts, including grants, donor relations, and partnerships Ensure long-term financial sustainability Community Engagement Serve as the primary spokesperson and ambassador for the clinic Build relationships with healthcare partners, churches, and community organizations Increase awareness and support for the clinic's mission Governance & Compliance Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements (HIPAA, OSHA, etc.) Partner closely with the Board of Directors Provide regular reporting on organizational performance Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in healthcare or a similar setting Experience in fundraising, grant writing, or nonprofit leadership preferred Familiarity with community health and social service resources Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and team development skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills Financial and operational management experience Ability to thrive in a mission-driven, resource-conscious environment Faith & Character A heart for serving those in need Commitment to the mission and values of a Christian organization and ability to be the spiritual leader.
