Summary:
The Security Dispatcher is responsible for efficiently disseminating information to the Security Staff and / or necessary departments. The Communication Specialist shall promptly answer, execute and be responsible for all calls received by way of two-way radio or telephone.
Other information:
Basic computer knowledge: Microsoft Word and Excel Must be able to use a multi line telephone and familiarize themselves with it's various functions such as paging, transferring calls, etc. Will have to become familiar with the use of the CCTV system, Toye Access Control Computer, Simplex Panic Alarm system, Digital Receiver for burglar alarms and the use of a two-way radio.
