What You'll Do as an Install Coordinator As an Install Coordinator, you play a critical role in keeping our installation operations running smoothly. You'll support technicians, installers, project managers, and customers by ensuring every job is prepared, scheduled, and executed with excellence. Key Responsibilities Organize and manage daily schedules for installers and technicians Ensure all job notes, materials, equipment, and documentation are prepared accurately Register HVAC units and generators, obtain permits, and schedule inspections Assign sales jobs to Project Managers and maintain accurate scheduling Review job files for accuracy and compliance with company procedures Maintain detailed records of all active installation jobs Follow up on jobs placed on hold and ensure timely resolution Audit purchase orders for pricing and fulfillment accuracy Serve as the primary point of contact for installers, Project Managers, and customers Provide daily updates and maintain open communication across teams Respond promptly to calls, messages, and emails Uphold safety protocols and represent Aire Serv's values with professionalism What You Bring Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail‑oriented with excellent data entry and organizational abilities Tech‑savvy and comfortable working with numbers Positive attitude and team‑first mindset Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Customer service experience preferred Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Pay $20.00
